October's Theme of the Month: Award-Winning Literature
In October, the Anna Seghers Public Library is featuring award-winning literature. This month, visitors will find works by authors who have won German or international book awards.
To coincide with this year’s Frankfurt Book Fair, which takes place from October 7 to 11, a carefully curated selection of outstanding books published over the past decade invites readers to explore and discover new works. The focus is on books that have won the most prestigious awards in the literary world, including the German Book Prize, the Man Booker Prize, the Pulitzer Prize, and the Prix Goncourt.
Visitors can thus broaden their reading horizons and immerse themselves in exciting new genres. From profound social and political themes to captivating and gripping novels, there is something for every taste. The Public Library looks forward to a literarily diverse October.
