We offer Olympic boxing for children aged 12 and above, teenagers, women, and men with fitness or competition goals.

Youth work, youth development, getting young people off the streets and into sports clubs, fitness training to maintain health, teaching discipline and punctuality, reducing aggression, integration through sport.

Our training room is located at Ludwig Schwamb School, An der Philippsschanze 3, 55131 Mainz.

All trainers are trained by the SWABV (Southwest German Amateur Boxing Association) and hold a C license. Our trainers receive ongoing training from the association. Anyone who wants to learn boxing or keep fit is welcome to join us. Anyone aged 12 or over is welcome to come along for a trial training session on Wednesdays and Fridays at 5 p.m.
