"Die Kleinen Strolche" is "a kindergarten with a difference": In a family-like environment, our children receive age-appropriate support, are free to explore, and also learn to recognize their limits. The “Strolche children” are encouraged to have a say and participate, to learn to be tolerant of others, but also to accept themselves and take personal responsibility. In the group, the children experience cooperation but also learn to assert themselves.

We place great emphasis on our children resolving conflicts on their own without resorting to violence. Because of the small group size, our caregivers know our children’s preferences, strengths, and weaknesses particularly well, and intervene as needed—whether by providing support, guidance, or challenges.
