In addition, there are numerous courses on offer, such as breakdancing, dance fitness, dance moves, early bird fitness, fascia training, fitness boxing, fitness walking, FitVital, line dancing, Pilates, Qigong, back training, and yoga.
Numerous sports programs have been awarded the "Pluspunkt Gesundheit" (Health Plus) and "Sport pro Gesundheit" (Sport for Health) quality seals by the German Gymnastics Federation.
In addition, the club has been awarded the "Kinder- und jugendfreundlicher Sportverein" (Child and Youth-Friendly Sports Club) seal of approval and the "Seniorenfreundlicher Sportverein" (Senior-Friendly Sports Club) quality seal, an award for exemplary work with seniors in sports.
An extensive range of non-sporting activities, such as "knitting & crocheting," crime novel readings, lectures, and guided tours, complements the TGM's sports and course offerings.
