We want every woman who wants to breastfeed to be able to do so naturally, and we support you on your very own personal journey! If you have any questions about breastfeeding, you can meet our advisors not only at our breastfeeding cafés and breastfeeding meetings, which also encourage exchange with other breastfeeding mothers. We are also happy to answer your questions personally and help you not to lose heart if you encounter breastfeeding difficulties.

Our work is based on the principles of the Arbeitsgemeinschaft Freier Stillgruppen (AFS) e.V., a non-profit organization dedicated to protecting, supporting, and promoting breastfeeding. Our work is based on self-help in the form of voluntary mother-to-mother counseling. Our breastfeeding consultants are mothers with their own breastfeeding experience and qualified training and further education developed by the AFS for its members.
