Arc-En-Ciel is a non-profit sports and cultural association in Mainz that focuses on promoting sports and cultural participation among people, especially socially disadvantaged people, migrants, refugees, and people with disabilities.

It was founded by young students from different migration backgrounds. In addition to offering a wide range of sports and leisure activities for everyone, the association aims to act as a multiplier and bridge builder between the aforementioned target groups and institutions. We bring our own migration and life experiences to our work, which greatly enriches our commitment.
    
We work together with sports associations, sports clubs, and social institutions and are committed to the intercultural opening of the clubs. We promote integration through sports and encounters. Our work focuses on children, women, and refugees.
