flip – Verein für Zirkus, Bewegungs- und darstellende Künste e.V. (Association for Circus, Movement, and Performing Arts) is a non-profit association in Mainz. Our goal is to offer circus enthusiasts a platform for exchange, joint training, and the implementation of joint projects.

The project arose from a desire to connect, promote, and further develop the various circus offerings in Mainz. We are an association of circus educators, social educators, artists, and other circus and theater enthusiasts from Mainz and the surrounding area.

Our goal is to create a permanent place where artists can train and perform. We also want to offer circus projects at schools, as well as holiday camps and weekly courses for children and young people. We want to hold regular shows, workshops, and other events in these areas in order to establish the circus as an integral part of Mainz's cultural scene in the long term.
