We advise women and girls (aged 14 and above) who are experiencing or have experienced sexual violence.
What we offer:

• Free and, if desired, anonymous counseling by phone, in person, or online (www.onlineberatung-frauennotruf-mainz.de).
• You alone decide how to proceed! We provide information and outline possible steps.
• It doesn't matter how long ago the assault took place or whether it was reported or not, every woman has the right to support.
• If you wish, we can accompany you to the police and to court.
• We support you in finding suitable therapists and lawyers.
• Your relatives, friends, and partners can also seek advice from us.

You have the right to break the silence.
