The purpose of the association is to preserve, maintain, conserve, and publicly promote all evidence of Franco-German military history from the Napoleonic era and the occupation of Mainz from 1792 onwards that is worth preserving. The focus is on the period from 1790 to 1815.

The association's work is based on humanistic ideas and is to be shaped within the framework of the "European idea," which is important for our common future. The association strives to establish contacts with similar groups and associations outside Germany.

Activities:
