Concerns and goals

In a society in which social welfare and cultural institutions, democracy, and personal freedoms are increasingly being dismantled, it is important to inform as many people as possible about the background to the policies of those in power and to enable them to form their own opinions, beyond the published opinion of the political and media mainstream. In order to get as many people as possible on board, we want to be a point of contact and forum for a wide range of left-wing initiatives, movements, and schools of thought. We want to help impart current political education and historical knowledge so that critical thinking and emancipatory action become possible for many as a competent intervention in socio-political events.
