We want to

• live together yet individually in a house community
• a community of young and old (families, couples, singles) in which the interests and opportunities of different generations complement each other
• a committed neighborhood in which everyone takes responsibility for themselves and the community within the scope of their possibilities
• to carry out cultural, sporting, and other activities together
• voluntarily take on social tasks in the neighborhood
• Providing a framework so that everyone can remain independent for as long as possible
• Contributing to the conservation of resources through the shared use of rooms, equipment, and vehicles
• Diversity and respect our differences
