VIS-a-VIS Wohnalternative im Martin-Luther-King-Park e.V.

Purpose of the association

Since mid-2014, we (singles and couples) in the 50+ age group have been living here together in 33 barrier-free rental apartments with living spaces of approximately 56, 75, 83, and 105 square meters. A communal apartment with a terrace is available to everyone.

Our goal is to do a lot together in a lively neighborhood community and to support each other when needed.

The landlord is Wohnbau Mainz GmbH, but residents are proposed by VIS-a-VIS (regulation via a framework agreement). All apartments are privately financed, so they cannot be rented with a housing allowance certificate.

Association register: VR 40814
