One-time password

In order to meet the high security requirements for using the Edoo.sys school administration program via the Internet, login is carried out using a two-factor authentication process. In addition to logging in with a username and password, another factor is added, e.g., a one-time password (SMS token) that is only valid for a short period of time and is sent to your mobile phone.

In the "User name" field, please enter the AD user name assigned to you (without password). Please note that the "User name" must be entered in capital letters. Then click on "Log in."

It is important to note that only 5 minutes may elapse between the time the SMS token is generated (select "Log in," see Figure 1) and the time the SMS token is entered. If the entry is made after this period has expired, the previously generated SMS token will no longer be valid and the process must be restarted.

Now enter the SMS token sent to you in the "Code" input field.

Username + Password

After successful authentication with your username and one-time password, the following view appears

Since your username was taken from the previous dialog box, you only need to enter your password in this dialog box. Confirm your password entry by clicking on the "Log in" button.

password change

If a user logs in with an initial password assigned by KDZ or a password that has been in use for more than 30 days, it must be changed using this dialog box in accordance with the password policy. Enter your old password here and your new password twice.
