The impressive wine list features many wines from Rheinhessen—all available by the glass—as well as over 100 bottled wines from Rheinhessen, the Rheingau, and the Mosel, as well as from Southern Europe and Australia. The trained staff provides expert advice on wine selection.

The menu is adjusted weekly, depending on market availability and supply. Guests can look forward to classic wine bar fare, as well as special dishes that sometimes venture beyond regional boundaries.
