KDZ Mainz has more than 35 years of operational experience and a highly motivated team of currently 110 employees with a wide range of qualifications. IT solutions for local authorities

As a municipal enterprise of the city of Mainz, KDZ Mainz is regarded as an experienced and reliable consultant for the public sector.

For central administrative areas, it offers the necessary specialist procedures, partly on behalf of the Association for Information Technology and Data Processing of Local Authorities in Rhineland-Palatinate (ZIDKOR).

These include

• since 2013, the operation of specialist procedures for civil status, including the initial register for the electronic civil status register for all local authorities in Rhineland-Palatinate
• since 2018, the operation of the state-wide school administration program edoo.sys RLP for currently 115 school authorities
• since June 2020, and thus at the same time as the introduction of VOIS | MESO, the operation of the specialist procedure for resident registration for all local authorities in Rhineland-Palatinate on the newly created operating platform created for this purpose from the coupling of the data centers of the Municipal Area Data Center Koblenz and the KDZ Mainz
• Since 2004, operation of a specialist procedure for human resources for more than 50 local authorities and areas affiliated with the public service

In addition, KDZ Mainz supports local authorities in Rhineland-Palatinate in elections and referendums by producing election notifications and voting notifications.
