P&I LOGA
Payroll
With payroll accounting in P&I LOGA, salaries, wages, compensation, and pension payments can be processed. P&I LOGA offers, among other features, automatic wage scale integration for all wage scales in the private sector and public administration. Flexible parameter settings for adapting to specific requirements in wage type control are available, as are features for vacation management and sick leave administration.
Furthermore, data from upstream systems (e.g., time management and travel data from another system) can be incorporated. After payroll processing, the data is available for financial accounting in an interface file and can be posted automatically. Naturally, the legally required data transmissions (DEÜV, EEL, ELSTER, ELStAM) are carried out by KDZ Mainz; in addition, the procedures provided by the pension and supplementary pension funds are also taken into account. The SEPA transition has already been completed.
Staffing Plan
The Staffing Plan module contains all functions required for position management in accordance with public administration budget law. The application allows positions to be filled, blocked, or annotated. The module maps the entire organizational structure. The assignment between employees and positions is flexible.
Personnel Cost Planning
The entire existing workforce is projected for the planning period by generating payroll calculations using current employee data for all months of the planning period; in many municipalities, this process extends to printing and mailing the pay stubs. Automatic pay grade increases stipulated by collective bargaining agreements are taken into account, as are hire and termination dates.
Time Management
Another component of P&I LOGA is a comprehensive time management module featuring classic electronic attendance tracking and evaluation, including the option for negative time entry, access control, and workforce scheduling.
Applicant Management
With P&I’s advanced applicant management system, it is possible to handle the entire recruitment process—from job postings to interviews—electronically.
HCM under P&I LOGA
The P&I HCM human capital management software is a web-based employee portal that supports HR processes through management and employee self-service. This relieves the HR department of the burden of handling request and approval procedures, workforce planning, HR controlling, and applicant management.
Travel Expense Reporting
Travel expense reporting significantly simplifies the recording, processing, and reimbursement of travel expenses. It takes into account income tax regulations for domestic and international business trips as well as federal and state travel expense regulations. Thanks to the integrated solution, monetary benefits are directly incorporated into payroll accounting. Travel expenses can be reimbursed with the monthly payroll.
