Registry office
AutiSta (Software Automation im Standesamt des Verlags für Standesamtswesen GmbH) is the registry office procedure in Rhineland-Palatinate.
We have made things easier for you and for us.
For user account requests, please proceed as follows:
Log in to the KommWis ticket system. Select "Civil registry" on the left-hand side and then "Set up/change/delete Citrix user data" on the right-hand side.
Once the ticket has been created, it will be automatically forwarded to KDZ and processed by us. We will store the requested data in your ticket and you will receive an automatic email notification once the ticket has been closed.
All you have to do is click on the link in the email, log in, and you can access the requested data directly.
You do not need to download a fax form from the www.kdz.mainz.de website, fill it out, and send it to us.
The fax form will be removed from our website on April 30, 2025, after which only the method described above will apply.
