The Data Protection Officer of Wirtschaftsbetrieb Mainz and the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Rhineland-Palatinate are available to assist you.

We receive your data directly from you, or it is collected and processed in accordance with legal regulations.

Data from the online plan inquiry (registration data, orders) will be deleted after two years of inactivity in your user account.
