Specialists advise you on occupational safety, occupational medicine, and prevention. We strive to address mental health challenges such as burnout or conflicts early on through professional internal employee counseling.

The Occupational Health Management program creates health-promoting structures, boosts motivation, and enhances performance. It adapts to demographic changes, reduces stress, and specifically promotes resources, well-being, and commitment to work—for a healthy work environment within the company.
