Around 270 women and men ...
... work for us. For most of them, this means balancing professional commitments with family obligations. This is often a real balancing act. The particular challenges that our work and tasks entail make it even more difficult to balance work and private life.
As an employer, we were and are naturally aware of this. That is why we try to support our employees in this "personal balancing act" as best we can. And we have always done so. However, since March 14, 2013, we have been able to prove this officially. On that day, we received the certificate for the first time following the berufundfamilie audit.
2019: Do It Again
Such a certificate is no reason for a company to rest on its laurels—quite the contrary. In the years that followed, we had to formulate and implement our goals, which were then reviewed and evaluated by a board of trustees.
We passed another audit with flying colors on June 25, 2019, when we were granted re-certification by berufundfamilie.
2022: All good things come in threes
In 2022, our goals and measures were reviewed once again. And once again, we were successful. This means that we have received the berufundfamilie certificate for the third time. And this time, it is permanent.
So we have reached the end of our certification journey. A journey that has demanded a lot from us as an employer. But one that was 100 percent worth taking. Because it helps our employees to balance work and family life.
