Outpatient hospice and palliative counseling service

The outpatient hospice and palliative care service enables seriously ill people to die in familiar surroundings and provides relief and advice to relatives and friends. The team cooperates with the family doctors and care providers involved so that the assistance provided complements each other in a meaningful way. The scope of the outpatient palliative and counseling service is based on the individual wishes and needs of those affected.
The services range from individual conversations and support from volunteers to medical palliative counseling and 24/7 availability.
