Guest reviews
"Thank you very much for the interesting and entertaining tour! We learned a lot about Mainz, and the personal stories in particular made the picture complete and appealing. We all enjoyed it very much." (Patricia, February 2020)
"On behalf of the entire group, I would like to thank you for this wonderful personalized tour. Everyone enjoyed it very much. The scope and topics were very suitable for us, and we could really sense which places in the city you feel particularly comfortable in. We then had two more wonderful days in Mainz. By the way, the Rhine tour with buffet and music is highly recommended." (Dana F., June 2018)
"We took a tour of Mainz with a Greeter on October 1, and I would like to give you some positive feedback. Mr. Michael K. is a very nice and experienced Greeter. The tour with him was very interesting and informative, and he has a pleasant way of dealing with people. I can only recommend this type of city tour." (Petra N., October 2017)
"Dear Mainz Greeters team, I recently had a great Greet with Peter and would like to leave a short review on your website. Peter said the best way to do this is via this contact form. I would appreciate a short response :-) I spent a wonderful weekend with a good friend in Mainz at the beginning of November. We were very lucky with the weather (beautiful sunshine despite it being November) and even luckier with our Greeter Peter! At this point, I would like to say a big thank you again for the great tour! We got to know Mainz really well in a very short time and discovered lots of great places that we would never have explored on our own (for example, the Roman theater right next to the train station or the view from the Kupferbergterrasse, which is well worth seeing). The Greet was very informative, but we weren't overwhelmed with facts and figures ;-) Peter really took a lot of time for us."
"Thank you very much! It was a great experience with our Mainz Greeter. Original, individual, infotainment at its best. We hit it off right away and had a lot of fun together. Mainz is lucky to have such a friendly and knowledgeable tour guide. Thank you and best regards from Lower Franconia, M. and B."
