Who is responsible for the data processing of the City of Mainz?
The data protection officer of the state capital Mainz and the state commissioner for data protection and freedom of information of Rhineland-Palatinate are available to you as contact persons.
We receive your data directly from you, or it is collected and processed in accordance with legal regulations.

If you object, we will no longer process your personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or the processing serves to assert, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Right to object to the processing of data for direct marketing purposes
The state capital of Mainz does not use direct marketing. The objection can be made informally.
