Parental allowance applications are processed in the order they are received.

Currently (June 2026), the Mainz Parental Allowance Office is processing applications with a receipt date in April.

Due to the high volume of work, we are unfortunately unable to offer telephone consultation hours and ask that you refrain from making inquiries by phone or in writing regarding the status of your application.

We understand that financial security is of vital importance to you as parents, and we are doing our best to process your application as quickly as possible.
