The State Chancellery of Rhineland-Palatinate is located near the banks of the Rhine in Mainz. It serves as the seat of government for the state of Rhineland-Palatinate and coordinates the work of the entire state government. 

In addition to its primary function as the state’s highest authority, the State Chancellery also invites artists from time to time to present their work within its premises.
