Luna is a choir of women from the Rhine-Main area who love to sing, led by Kay Freudenreich, an experienced vocal coach, church musician, and concert singer. Special emphasis is placed on vocal health and balanced choral sound. The choir sings 3-4 part arrangements with and without accompaniment from a wide variety of musical eras and usually performs one concert per year. The choir also performs regularly at church services and occasionally at festivals. Women and girls aged 16 and over are welcome to join in, choir experience is helpful but not a prerequisite.

Rehearsals take place on Sundays from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Melanchthonkirche, Beuthener Straße 39, 55131 Mainz.
