"The Next Generation" – the pop ensemble of MGV Cäcilia 1845 e.V. Mainz-Gonsenheim was founded in 1999 as a project choir for the transition between children's and adult choirs. It has since established itself as a choir in its own right under the umbrella of MGV.

Choir rehearsals take place every Thursday between 7:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. in the new sports hall at Rektor-Forestier-Str. 2 (corner of Weserstraße) in Mainz-Gonsenheim. If you are interested in attending a trial rehearsal, please register in advance by email.
