The aim of the association is to strengthen Mainz's street carnival financially through the commitment of many people in order to preserve and develop our Mainz tradition in the long term.

It will also support new cross-cutting activities that benefit everyone. To this end, the association will work closely with Mainzer Fastnacht eG on the use of the funding.
