The George Ford Academy is a training center with a good reputation among experts and a tradition of martial arts and combat sports spanning more than 30 years. The training center has also become well known for our violence prevention training programs in daycare centers, schools, and other institutions around Mainz.

We train preschool children from the age of 3, school children from the age of 6, and teenagers and adults. Our training focuses on violence prevention, self-assertion, self-defense, martial arts, combat sports, inner security and inner strength, as well as special training programs, seminars, lectures, and workshops for different target groups.
