The municipal budget regularly allocates a limited amount of funds for measures relating to protected cultural monuments in private ownership. However, the amount varies depending on the city's budgetary situation.

Funding is available for measures involving additional costs related to historic preservation that arise due to the special requirements in terms of materials and execution for a protected cultural monument.
Please provide us with a binding implementation period.
In order to receive a grant, you must have legally completed the measure by November 15 of the fiscal year, submitted the invoice, and had the invoice approved by the building authority.
