The state capital of Mainz supports the diversity of the local and regional cultural landscape by providing financial support to initiatives and institutions. We also promote projects by private cultural creators and advise cultural actors from all disciplines on the planning and implementation of projects. In addition, we provide support with applications for external funding. We maintain support studios on the grounds of the Alte Waggonfabrik and award cultural prizes and scholarships.
