The City of Mainz’s Poster Display Regulations provide for special poster displays for clubs and event organizers of neighborhood-specific festivals. This applies, for example, to the Strawberry Festival in Gonsenheim, the Draiser Kerb, the Duddelfest on Lerchenberg, the Mombach Rhine Riverbank Festival, Carnival meetings, and political party events in the neighborhood.

Up to 30 seals for special poster displays are issued annually to organizers in the sense described above.

These permits bear the district name and are issued by the Civil Registry, Legal, and Public Order Office as an attachment to the special use permit.
