JAoderWEIN – in this wine shop in Mainz's old town, wine is explained in a way that everyone can understand, without complicated technical terms. The focus is on regional products. The weekly wine tastings offer visitors a new experience every time. There is also a special range of sensory workshops and wine tasting sessions.
The wine shop is also the starting point for WineWalks Mainz. During city walks to Mainz's sights, several wines are tasted – on the walk! WineWalk thus conveys city history and wine culture to go and presents Mainz as the center of a 2,000-year-old culture and as a Great Wine Capital.
