In the historic Hundertguldenmühle in Appenheim, which is over 300 years old, top chef Eva Eppard and her team serve high-quality, regularly changing dishes. The tastefully decorated restaurant and garden can seat 60 guests. There, 27 wines by the glass offer the opportunity to sample the full range of Rhine-Hessian wine culture. The restaurant stands for quality, experience, taste, and sustainability at the highest level, as confirmed by listings and excellent ratings/awards in various restaurant guides.

The jury considers this restaurant, located on the Hiwweltour Bismarckturm (hiking trail), to be a highly recommended destination. The Hundertguldenmühle receives the Best Of Wine Tourism Award 2026 in the wine gastronomy category for its excellent regional offerings.
