Public displays by the reallocation office

Due to the amendment to the Administrative Procedure Act (VwVfG) that came into force on January 1, 2024, documents that are to be interpreted in accordance with a legal provision must be made available on the website of the competent authority in accordance with § 27 b.

In the case of a reallocation procedure pursuant to Section 45 et seq. of the Building Code (BauGB), this includes the inventory list and the inventory map, both of which are made available for inspection after the procedure has been initiated. As the name aptly describes, they contain the status quo of the procedure area with regard to the property conditions (ownership, land register entries, and information from the real estate cadastre).

Since the inventory list contains confidential information regarding ownership data in accordance with Section 30 of the Administrative Procedure Act (VwVfG), the publication uses the so-called reference numbers assigned to the owners in the procedure instead of their names.

The inventory is available for inspection for a period of one month in accordance with § 53 (2) BauGB (German Building Code) and is published in the Amtsblatt of the state capital of Mainz in the manner customary for the locality.

The Amtsblatt can be accessed as a PDF document at mainz.de. The Amtsblatt is also available at the Stadthaus Große Bleiche or from the local authorities.

If there is a current interpretation, it will be displayed below via a link with details of the reallocation procedure.
