At its meeting on October 31, 2013, the city council unanimously approved the list of criteria/guidelines for assessing outdoor riding arenas as an additional basis for both approval procedures in accordance with Section 35 (2) of the German Building Code (BauGB) and for the implementation of possible projects and development plans.
