The purpose of the association is to promote continuing education in the fields of general, personal, family-related, leisure-related, political, and career-related continuing education, in accordance with the principles of the Red Cross. The association contributes to equal opportunities and the reduction of educational deficits by offering needs-based educational programs and supports individuals in deepening and supplementing existing knowledge, skills, and qualifications or acquiring new ones.
