Youth conference

Since 2022, a youth conference for up to 300 young people between the ages of 13 and 17 has been held once a year. In the morning, the young people gather their suggestions for improvements in Mainz and develop their own project ideas. At noon, they present their projects to representatives from city politics, city administration, and other institutions. The projects are to be implemented together with the young people within a year.

Youth Forum of the House of Remembrance

The Mainz Youth Forum has been in existence since October 2020. Once a month, all interested children and young people between the ages of 4 and 27 meet there. The Mainz Youth Forum is a space for mutual exchange and the development of their own projects. It draws public attention to the opinions and wishes of young people.
