• Processing of applications for education and participation benefits in accordance with the Social Code (SGB) II and XII, the Federal Child Allowance Act (BKKG), the Asylum Act (AsylG), and the Hardship Fund
• Invoice verification and settlement with caterers

Textbook lending/free learning materials

• Processing of applications for free learning materials (free textbook lending) and paid textbook lending, as well as the learning materials fund
• Textbook orders, warehouse management, packaging and delivery, as well as the return of books to schools
• Maintaining contact with participating partners in the book trade
