The garden next to the wine shop is designed as a green living room. Visitors can relax here in the shade of the greenery and enjoy the wines of the Paulinenhof in a natural setting.
The plants have been selected according to the principles of sustainability and resistance. Insect-friendly plants offer bees and other small creatures a rich supply of flowers from spring to fall. The planted shrubs and grasses are resistant to drought and heat.
The family winery strives to protect nature, promote biodiversity, and conserve natural resources. The jury has awarded Paulinenhof, which is certified for its approach with Fair 'n Green, the sustainability seal in viticulture, the Best Of Wine Tourism Award 2025 in the category "Sustainability in Wine Tourism."
