Each season, over 200 performances take place on stage at Fort Malakoff Park, with an average of seven in-house productions celebrating their premiere.

Nine ensembles are currently working at the Mainzer Kammerspiele, regularly presenting performances ranging from traditional and experimental spoken theater to contemporary ballet, current revues, and musicals for children. A special focus is placed on presenting contemporary authors, premieres and world premieres, as well as in-house productions.

This program is complemented by performances by well-known artists as part of festivals (puppet theater festival, children's theater festival), special guest performances (Chanson de Luxe), and collaborations with other initiatives and institutions.
