In the old town center of Flörsheim-Dalsheim, Diana Schmitt, owner and head chef, spoils her guests at the Tacheles country restaurant with culinary delicacies from the region. The game here comes from the restaurant's own hunting grounds! But there are also vegetarian options on the menu. Guests can also enjoy their meals in the restaurant's beautiful green outdoor area.
Wines from her brother Daniel Schmitt's Demeter winery complete the menu. The jury has honored this harmonious concept with the Best Of Wine Tourism Award 2022 in the "Wine Gastronomy" category. And: the wine tastings and covered wagon rides through the vineyards offered by the country restaurant, with a stop at its own "Wingertsheisje," also promise great enjoyment.
