Naturalness, quality, and the personal service of a family winery—that's what the Erbeldinger family winery in Wonnegau in Rheinhessen offers. Three generations are at home here, and each family member has their place in an ambitious and passionate team. This has led to the addition of a "summer restaurant" in the winery garden a few years ago.
Sustainability is a top priority here. Starting with the organic cultivation of the vineyards – the 2023 vintage wines will be the first to carry the organic certificate – to efficient and modern cellar technology and a large proportion of reusable wine bottles, which the winery's customers return for reuse.
The Erbeldinger family winery's sustainability concept is coherent, and for this it receives the award for "Sustainability in Wine Tourism."
