The department provides (partial) project management for IT projects in the state capital of Mainz. It supports the specialist departments in defining requirements and carries out market analyses. The services range from the creation of qualified service specifications and technical concepts to the procurement and implementation of hardware and software as well as infrastructure components. The respective IT project is completed with the go-live and handover to ongoing operations.
