The restaurant is located in a listed farmhouse in the old town center of Nieder-Saulheim, harmoniously integrated into the historic village structure. Beatrix and Markus Hebestreit offer their guests seating for 45 people on two levels, as well as an idyllic courtyard that can accommodate up to 50 people.

The focus on wine is reflected in the 80 sparkling wine and wine selections, one-third of which are changed every three months to offer guests the greatest possible variety. The gastronomic offering is rounded off with German cuisine with a French influence. The knowledgeable and attentive service combined with fine cuisine was the deciding factor for the jury in making the nomination.
