Wednesday: 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., closed in the morning
Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Please note:
For important visits to government offices, we recommend calling the government hotline at 115 to check whether the respective local administration office is open as scheduled.

Registration for foreign residents is only possible at the Citizens’ Office, Kaiserstrasse 3-5.

If there is a high volume of visitors, the local administration office may close early.

Based on experience, the local administration office is busiest on Wednesday afternoons. You can expect shorter wait times in the mornings.
