Nowadays, older people want to continue living in their familiar surroundings for as long as possible. The Life in Old Age team is tasked with further developing open senior citizen work in the neighborhoods of Mainz to enable senior citizens to live independently in their neighborhoods for as long as possible. This is achieved through a combination of care structure planning, network coordination, advice and support from the specialist community nurse plus team, and the development of new services.
