At the gourmet restaurant Steins Traube, the team led by head chef Philipp Stein and the warm-hearted junior manager Alina Stein brings tasteful tradition to life in the heart of Mainz's Finthen district: looking back on a long tradition, it always adheres to high quality standards. The most important thing is always kept in mind: the guest.

For more than 110 years, this commitment has been reflected in the refined dishes that have been awarded a star by the Michelin Guide (2022 and 2023). The wine selection offers guests the best of the Rheinhessen region – from ambitious up-and-comers to renowned top wineries, accompanied by expert advice. This concept has been praised by the VDP. The Prädikatsweingüter and Meininger's sommelier as an "excellent wine concept." This is now joined by the award in the wine gastronomy category.
