Firearms, Hunting, and Explosives Law:
Any permit under weapons, hunting, or explosives law requires prior processing, including a background check. You must therefore always first submit a written application (in person at City Hall, via email, fax, or mail).
You are welcome to use our application forms on the website to ensure you include all necessary information.
Once the application has been processed, the respective case worker will contact you to schedule an in-person appointment for final processing (registrations, renewals, issuance of permits, etc.).
If you have any other inquiries, our staff can be reached by phone as follows:
When scheduling an appointment, please note the letter assignment based on the first letter of your last name:
Mr. Weishahn, letters A through H, Tel. 12-2409
