Weapons, Hunting, and Explosives Law:
Any permit under weapons, hunting, or explosives law requires prior processing, including a background check. You must therefore always first submit a written application (in person at the State Capital, via email, fax, or mail).
You are welcome to use our application forms on the website to ensure you include all necessary information.
Once the application has been processed, the relevant case worker will contact you to schedule a personal appointment for final processing (registrations, renewals, issuance of permits, etc.).
